This page explains how you can exercise your right to erasure, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for personal data processed by Youth Code Academy, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What data we may process
- Identification and contact data (name, email, phone) collected via admission, offer, or contact forms.
- Academic/interest data (level, domain, selected course) used to recommend your learning path.
- Essential technical data (logs, necessary cookies) for security and site operation.
- Traffic analytics data (Google Analytics) only with explicit consent.
When you can request erasure
- When data are no longer needed for the purpose they were collected.
- When you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies.
- When you object to processing for marketing and no overriding legitimate grounds exist.
- When processing was unlawful or must be erased to comply with legal obligations.
Exceptions: certain data may be retained for legal obligations (e.g., invoicing), for defending legal claims, or for public interest reasons.
