REGULAMENT INTERN

This document establishes the framework for organizing and operating training programs delivered by the academy, aligned with Cisco educational principles and the social mission specific to an NGO.

Effective date: 04.03.2026.

CHAPTER I - General provisions

Art. 1 - Purpose of the regulations

(1) The regulations define the rights and obligations of participants in academy programs.

(2) The regulations apply to learners, instructors, and collaborators involved in training activities.

(3) Compliance with the regulations is mandatory for participation in programs.

Art. 2 - Operating principles

(1) Academic activity is based on rigor, measurable progress, and educational integrity.

(2) NGO activity is based on inclusion, equal opportunity, and positive social impact.

(3) Any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse is prohibited.

CHAPTER II - Training process organization

Art. 3 - Program structure

(1) Programs are organized modularly, by difficulty levels: Foundation, Associate, and Professional.

(2) Transition between modules is done according to academic prerequisites.

(3) The training schedule is officially communicated before each cohort starts.

Art. 4 - Participation and attendance

(1) The recommended minimum participation is 75% of scheduled activities.

(2) Absences must be communicated in due time through official communication channels.

(3) Repeated attendance non-compliance may affect validation of the educational path.

CHAPTER III - Evaluation and academic integrity

Art. 5 - Evaluare

(1) Evaluation is performed through ongoing activities, module tests, labs, and final assessment.

(2) Evaluation criteria are communicated at the start of each module.

(3) Evaluation results are used for progress recommendations and educational guidance.

Art. 6 - Integritate

(1) Plagiarism, cheating, and any form of academic fraud are prohibited.

(2) Projects and assignments must respect originality principles and proper citation of sources.

(3) Breaches of academic integrity are sanctioned according to Chapter VI.

CHAPTER IV - Conduct, communication, and data protection

Art. 7 - Conduct and communication

(1) Communication in class, online, and on digital channels must be respectful and professional.

(2) Offensive language, aggressive behavior, or intimidation are not permitted.

(3) Participants are required to contribute to a safe and collaborative educational climate.

Art. 8 - Data and resource protection

(1) Personal data is processed exclusively for administration of the educational process.

(2) Academy resources are used only for educational purposes and according to official instructions.

(3) Unauthorized distribution of internal materials is prohibited.

CHAPTER V - Inclusion and educational support

Art. 9 - Support measures

(1) The academy may provide additional support to learners at educational risk.

(2) Depending on context, measures can be applied to adapt study pace.

(3) In NGO spirit, programs dedicated to vulnerable groups may be implemented.

CHAPTER VI - Disciplinary liability

Art. 10 - Disciplinary misconduct

(1) Any violation of the obligations provided by these regulations constitutes misconduct.

(2) Misconduct may be minor, medium, or severe, depending on impact on academic activity.

Art. 11 - Sanctions

(1) Verbal or written warning.

(2) Remediation and monitoring plan for a fixed period.

(3) Temporary suspension of access to activities.

(4) Exclusion from the program in case of severe or repeated misconduct.

Art. 12 - Procedure

(1) Disciplinary measures are communicated in writing with clear reasoning.

(2) The concerned person may request clarifications and reassessment of the situation.

(3) The final decision belongs to the academic coordinator, according to the internal framework.

By enrolling, the participant declares that they have read and fully accepted these internal regulations.
